At Azurelle Swimwear, we want you to absolutely love your pieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Return Window:

Items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns initiated after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, liners, and packaging intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn or tried on without proper undergarments cannot be returned.

Sale items, discounted items, and pre-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process:

To start a return, please email us at azurelleswim@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

If the item does not meet return requirements, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can correct the issue.
